Hi, I'm Bud Johnson. With over 30 years of construction experience, I help seniors in White Rock and South Surrey make their homes safer, more comfortable, and easier to manage.

My background includes residential framing, estimating, kitchen and bathroom design, and renovation. For over 15 years, I’ve consulted on and completed home repairs and accessibility improvements for organizations supporting people with disabilities, including CLS Community Services and PossAbilities Community Services. Today, I bring that same hands-on care to helping local seniors make their homes safer, more comfortable, and easier to live in—from simple repairs to practical adaptations.

You know your home and what’s becoming difficult. Together, we’ll discuss practical options, what the work involves, and the cost before you decide—so you can choose what’s right for you, with no pressure.

Training & Continuing Education
Alongside my construction experience, I've attended Schluter Systems workshops and design training, including curbless showers and linear drains.
Schluter's workshops combine technical instruction, demonstrations and hands-on learning, covering details such as waterproofing, drainage and proper installation methods.
This knowledge supports thoughtful planning for your home, considering both easier access and the construction details beneath the finished surface.
